What happens to my Personal Information I give you?

We do not share, sell or give your information to anyone that is not involved in fulfilling your order, ( the manufacturer the Specialty Delivery Company) only get the information needed to insure that you receive your merchandise ( Name Address and Phone Number). All your credit information is only provided to Pay Pal for processing  we don’t get that info (credit card number and payment info). You will have the option to be on our mailing list for future sales and promotions. You will also be able to opt-out of these mailings at any time by e-mailing PAL Best Buy Furniture at opt-out@palbestbuyfurniture.com .

What is the order process?

The Order Process is divided into 4 Steps:

1: You have selected your items for purchase, and a sales order has been completed, a confirmation will be sent to you by e-mail. In your e-mail you will be provided with all the information with all your Selections and Options on your order and the total cost. With in 1 to 3 days you will also be given an estimated time for the manufacturer(s) to have your Order ready to ship and an estimated Delivery Date.

2: Your Payment will then be processed (Usually takes between 1 to 3 days).

3: We will then place the order with the Manufacturer for your order to be filled. As soon as your order is filled we will notify you that your order is ready for delivery (By e-mail).

4: At this point the Delivery Specialist will pick up your Items and contact you (by phone) to schedule a delivery.  Typically they will give you a window of time that they will be at your Home or Office. (Usually there will be a 1 to 4 hour window of delivery). You will be able to make all delivery arrangements with them when they call.

What will the expected delivery time be?

Depending on the Manufacturer and the time frame of completing the order you can expect your delivery to be about 5 to 15 weeks. In most cases it takes about 5 to 10 weeks. Because we buy direct from the Manufacturer we are able to keep our prices discounted.

Will my whole order be delivered at the same time?

Almost all the time your order will be shipped at the same time. Under some circumstances there might be reason for shipping some items separately (example you have ordered items from to different manufactures. There is also times when some items are shipped by UPS or FedEx DHL ect.  There will be no extra charge when this happens.

How much is shipping and who pays for it?

Shipping cost is calculated in the shopping cart. Shipping charges are calculated by the State of destination and the weight of Item(s) shipped. You can find the total shipping cost in the shopping cart by selecting thwe State of delivery and pressing the update button.[TOP]

Who do you use for delivery?

We only use Specialized Shipping Company’s for our deliveries. The delivery specialist will call you to arrange a delivery time, to deliver your order, and set up the merchandise in your home (White Glove delivery). We don’t schedule Deliveries the Specialized delivery Company’s will contact you with a Time that will be best for both of you. In some rare instances your order may be Drop Shipped by common carrier. You will be notified of this before the order is placed with the manufacturer. You will have to unpack and set up your items.

What happens if I miss the delivery Company?

If you are not at home for your scheduled delivery the merchandise will be returned to the warehouse and there will be a second delivery charge to return.

Are there Storage fees?

You should never have Storage Fees if you make prior arrangement with the Delivery Specialist when they call and you don’t accept delivery of your order within 30 days you will be charged a $15 per day storage fee until delivery is made to you.

What if there is damage to my merchandise?


It is very important that you inspect your items as soon as there delivered for damage. Any damages should be noted on shipping paperwork (Bill of Lading).Damage can occur, merchandise transfer and slippage do occur on rare instances when this happens write exactly what is wrong on the bill of lading, delivery slip and reject the Item that is damaged. We will then do everything in our power to repair or replace the item. PAL Best buy Furniture cannot be held responsible if it is not noted nor can the Delivery Specialist. The Delivery Specialist can do a minor touch up on site. If this in not to your satisfaction then they can bring the piece back to the warehouse for repair and return it for your acceptance. The final remedy is to replace the item which will take up to 16 weeks.

Is there a factory Warranty with my merchandise?

Yes you will get a copy of the factory warranty with the Item when it is delivered. You can also request a copy of the warranty by contacting us at factorywarrenty@palbestbuyfurniture.com  and give us your order number on your invoice. We will gladly send you a copy.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you may cancel before the order is placed with the manufacturer. Email us at cancel@palbestbuyfurniture.com as soon as possible. In some rare instances we can cancel if production hasn’t begun. When you we place your order with palbetsbuyfurniture.com we place an order with the manufacturer and summit payment for your order. This helps us to avoid any price change and helps us lock in our low prices. Once the manufacturer has started constructing your item it cannot be canceled. When the manufacturer has a stock item you can cancel until the shipping company has been contracted to pick up your Items. If an item is out of stock or the manufacturer changes the prices we can cancel and you will be notified right away. We will then refund your money of can give you a store credit for something else.

Will my furniture look exactly like in the picture?

With working with wood the grains change from piece to piece. You will also see some variation change from what you see on each monitor or piece of wood which adds characteristics to your items. These things are uncontrollable you can expect variations in color and finish on the merchandise. If the manufacturer made a color or finish error we will do everything to correct it. The merchandise may need minor touch up when it is delivered which is normal.

Do I pay Sales Tax?

If you are a resident of Florida you will pay sales tax to us on your order. You will have to check in your state what there requirements are. You are responsible for any Taxes in your State.
