How we use your Personal Information Order Processing We collect your (Name, Address, Phone Number, E-Mail and Payment information [Credit Card, Check and any Information required for credit processing or financing]). Once you have selected your Items and submitted the proper information we then process your order. You will receive by e-mail a PDF formatted invoice for your records. For Credit Card your order will be processed in *1 to 3 business days. For Check and Check by mail your order will be processed as soon as the check clears the bank which could take up to *10 days from receipt. For Financing your order will be processed as soon as Financing Commitment is made*. We then place your order with the manufacturer and supply them with your information (Name and Address only). Once they have filled your order (Depending on the item being in stock [*1 to 7 days] or made to order [*5 to 10 weeks] we then Contact the Delivery Specialist and supply them with your information (Name. Address and Phone Number) for them to contact you regarding delivery of your items and additional information they need to complete Delivery. There are 2 different forms of delivery. Depending on Item ordered and manufacturer you may have options which will be provided in the Product window. All of these Delivery Company’s are insured and insure your Merchandise while in transport. It is your responsibility to inspect your Items for damage and write all damages on the delivery paperwork and deny delivery of that item only. All other items will be handled as a return. See Returns. You must notify us at damage@palbestbuyfurniture.com with your order number, the item number and a description of all damages. We will help to resolve the issues with the item and have it repaired where possible or replaced. At PAL Best Buy Furniture and the Delivery Company’s discretion. The item will be returned in new condition. If it is reordered it could take up to 16 weeks for a replacement. No Delivery company can assemble cribs because of liability issues. No Delivery company can remove shipping debris per ICC rules. You are responsible for any special equipment that will be needed (lifts, hoist ect.). When the delivery Specialist Company calls you to schedule your delivery you are responsible to inform the Delivery Company of any special instructions needed for your delivery and any fees associated with these circumstances. Examples, (Low tree limbs, extreme hills, Covered Bridges, Tolls, Ferries, or any additional needs. It is your responsibility to make sure that the items you purchased will fit into the area you have selected and fit through all doors, hallways and around all corners to access the room. We do not guaranty a specific time or day for delivery. Standard delivery is usually done from 9AM. To 5PM. Monday to Friday. White Glove Deliveries can be from 9AM. To 9PM. 7 days week. Specific times must be arranged with the Delivery Company because items travel hundreds of a miles. Delivery times and dates are at the discretion of the Delivery Company. If possible they will make special arrangements for an additional charge. You the customer are responsible for any and all additional fees associated with special needs and instructions. Standard Shipping Common Carrier will deliver your Item to your door or end of your driveway. You will have to supply personal to unload and carry your items inside. You can upgrade this form of Delivery to “White Glove Delivery” for an additional Fee. Standard Delivery includes delivery of small Items by Ups, Fed EX, United Parcel, ect. And Larger Items Delivered by Commercial Carriers. These Delivery Company’s do not install or set up your items. If you live in an area where these company’s don’t have access with there big trucks then you will be responsible to meet with or pick up your items at the local warehouse. White Glove Delivery These Company’s will install and setup your items. They are insured and insure your items from when they pick up your items till they set them up. This service will usually include 2 people. With extremely heavy items you are required to provide additional help and/or equipment. The Delivery Specialist can not attach anything to your structure (Hutches, pictures, clocks, ect.). You are responsible for clearing a path to where the items are set up, that they can access the room or rooms and that they will fit. The delivery Company cannot disassemble you home in any way (Remove Doors Move your furniture ect.). This delivery does include up to 1 flight of stairs. All products sold by PAL Best Buy Furniture come with the Factory Warranty. The Warranty period starts from the date of delivery. There will be a copy of the warranty with the Items. You can also get a copy of your Item warranty by e-mailing us at warranty@palbestbuyfurniture.com with your item stock number. Your merchandise is also Insured by the delivery Company while in there care. If you have warranty issues write us at claims@palbestbuyfurniture.com with a description of the problem, the order number and the item number. We will contact the manufacturer and help to expedite the claims process All returns must be approved by PAL Best Buy Furniture before they can be returned, unless you have received damaged items. Only the damaged item will be covered for return all other items in the order are not covered for shipping. Damage to item must be written on shipping paperwork. All damaged items not written on shipping order will not be covered on return. We will do every thing possible to help with repairs. A damaged product that is delivered will be repaired or replaced all shipping will be covered by us or the shipper. If you are delivered the wrong Item all shipping will be covered and the right product will be delivered to you. As long as the Item you ordered has the right item number and color you will be responsible for all shipping and a restock charge of up to 30%. Except On Special Orders there is NO Return. As long as it is the item you ordered. When an item is delivered in new condition and is the item numbers you have ordered you agree that it is acceptable. Due to variations in materials and dye lots which are the nature of anything made most items will have shade differences. This is out of anyone’s control and acceptable. Also when you look at a picture on a monitor or in print it might appear to look a little different. We reserve the right to have any repairs that can be done, be done in the home. If a repair is needed and can’t be done in the home you will be responsible for shipping unless it is noted on the shipping paperwork.
